We are an Italian manufacturer of high-end industrial bakery equipment, specialized in advanced process control for cake production. Our solutions are entirely designed and manufactured in Italy, expressing the excellence, precision and engineering culture that define Made in Italy worldwide.
Founded in 2003, we have rapidly become a global reference in the engineering and manufacturing of complete industrial cake lines, covering the entire process from batter preparation to the finished product. From our Italian headquarters in Italy, we develop state-of-the-art equipment for the production of cupcakes, deposited cakes, layer cakes, Swiss rolls, cheesecakes, celebration cakes, filled products, and spoon desserts.
With more than 100 lines installed worldwide, we support our customers at every stage of the project: from line concept and engineering to installation, start-up and continuous assistance, both on-site and remote. This integrated approach allows full process control, operational reliability and consistent product quality.
In 2024, we completed our Industrial Cake Lines portfolio with the introduction of Tunnel Ovens, enabling us to deliver fully integrated, turnkey solutions by managing every step in-house, we take full responsibility for the performance and quality of each line.
Innovation is also driven by TT LAB, our internal food technology laboratory, where our food technologists support customers in developing and reformulating recipes and creating new products. Thanks to deep know-how of the global ingredient market and extensive industrial experience, TT LAB provides tailored R&D solutions aligned with specific production goals.
