LAEM TR SERIES

The LAEM TR SERIES represents the heavy-duty slitter rewinders of IMS Technologies. LAEM TR 2 is the dual-shaft version of the machine and is recommended when finished reels have larger diameters and wider rewinding widths. Its process section is mounted on additional frames that move backward on linear guides during the rewinding process, minimizing the distance between the slitting and rewinding points and keeping it constant throughout the winding cycle.
Based on the same functional and structural features as the LAEM TR 2, the LAEM TR 4 is additionally equipped with a turret system and automatic finished reel change. Turret indexing, finished reel extraction, and unloading cycles are synchronized to maintain high production rates and drastically reduce downtime.
Both machines are extremely robust and can process materials at speeds of up to 1000 m/min, ensuring high-quality finished reels while significantly increasing the productivity and efficiency of the slitting operation.
